There are plenty of ways to focus your awareness on your connection to the natural unrepressed flow that courses through all life. One of the most powerful ways to connect to this flow is through sacred geometry. There are a few very basic forms which are known as the 5 platonic solids. These 5 forms are quite literally the building blocks of this reality. Every form that you’ll encounter in this reality is simply a compound of these building blocks. When we connect with these forms, we are reminded subconsciously of creation in this most basic and raw form which is right now continuing to unfold in exactly the manner that we have oriented ourselves.

That’s not it either there’s much much more. By observing sacred geometry, we feed our subconscious with patterns of balance and harmony which can echo out through all our expressions. The most sacred aspect of sacred geometry for me is bringing together and balancing masculine geometries(straight lines and angles) and feminine geometries(curves and flowing form). One such example is the circle in the square. These most basic of forms can come together like some kind of oddly familiar puzzle and create amazingly beautiful structures such as the cathedrals of the old world. Balancing form in this way on paper, or in which ever medium you choose can activate your intuition in a big way, because the balanced expression of masculine and feminine energy is the ultimate goal of our deepest desires behind our masks and we ALL know how to do it once we step up to the task.
Another aspect of sacred geometry that can help you connect to the basics of the natural impulses of creation is the fibonacci sequence. The sequence can be expressed in these numbers: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144. This pattern could continue on into infinity. The first number, plus itself, equals the second number. The first and second number come together to create the third number, the second and the third come together to create the fourth and so on. This is how nature creates, and this is expressed by plants and animals and even in atoms and galaxies in their proportions. The fibonacci spirals you see in galaxies, and on Earth here in sea shells look very much like golden mean spirals(spirals calculated from the irrational number – the phi ratio or golden section ratio of 1.61803399…), but if you examine them closely you’ll see they are not exactly golden mean spirals. A true golden mean spiral would spiral infinitely inward with perfect precision, but the spirals that you see in nature are kind of wobbly and awkward at their beginning. This is because the first node must copy itself and continue the spiral in sequence, hoping to achieve a perfect spiral, with each section that the shells create, the fibonacci spiral becomes closer and closer without ever reaching the exact coordinates that the golden mean spiral hits. Infact, with each section, the fibonacci spiral alternates between going higher and lower than the golden mean equivalent. You can see what I mean in the chart below:

As you can see, the numbers get close, and they will get closer and closer and continue to spiral nearer to each other but they never quite reach the same value. It’s as if life has gotten wise to the fact that this perfectly balanced ideal of the phi ratio and created a practical solution to embodying the closest version of this dream that is possible in this reality – just as we can take our highest ideal of balanced masculine and feminine energy and embody the closest version of it that is possible in our reality. In this way, the fibonacci sequence, the spiral and all life can serve as a symbol to remind us in each moment of our ability to peacefully bridge the separation within ourselves, giving rise to peaceful relationships without.
You start to see this is only the beginning, this visual language holds all kinds of deep wisdom if you choose to look at it that way.
